Good to know
Why does a coach have to accept?
Every session is a request, so coaches can make sure the time and the player are right for them. They have 24 hours to answer. If they decline or don't answer, the hold on your card is released and you can request someone else.
When is my card charged?
Only when the coach accepts. Until then, the amount is held on your card. Kicvo pays the coach after the session.
What's a Kicvo code?
Some coaches, often ones with a big following, are invite-only. They share a Kicvo code with the players they want to train. Enter it in the app to see their open times and send a request.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Ask your coach to move a session in a couple of taps, or cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before it starts.
Can I book for my child?
Yes. Choose "My child" when you sign up and enter their age, skill level and position. Players under 13 must be signed up by a parent or guardian.
How do coaches join?
Download the app and choose "I'm a coach." Set up your profile, hours and prices, and start coaching. Kicvo is free for coaches until June 26, 2027. Paid plans will be announced before then, and you only pay if you choose one.
